Running on empty or saying yes to possibly one too many things? Are you having trouble with sleep, overwhelm and anxiety? Feeling wired, but incredibly tired?  Would you like to experience a deeply restful night’s sleep, regain your energy and vitality and reignite your spark?  

I’m Louise and I’m fortunate to live in a little coastal town along the Great Ocean Road in Victoria, where the forest meets the sea. I’m a yoga therapist, Pilates teacher and Ayurvedic massage therapist.

I spend my week working with women and love supporting them in finding greater wellbeing and vitality in their life. I’ve seen how it both helps and hinders us all when we don’t adhere to self-care with both consistency & self-compassion.

Women have become experts at pushing through their week with social, work and family commitment. We have become accustomed to living in such a way that can make a level of stress and pushing feel quite normal.

However if one keeps burning the candle at both ends, spending more energy than one has, then by the time one reaches perimenopause which can generally be anywhere from early to late forties, one can come to a stage of complete and utter burnout. 

Replenish Her, was born from my personal experience of burnout. How does that feel you may well ask?
Burnout or adrenal fatigue, can present as low immunity, frequent colds, headaches, insomnia, overwhelm, anxiety and depression.

The journey through those transitional years of Perimenopause, can then end up being a far rockier ride if this is the life that you are leading now, always pushing and possibly using caffeine too often as a prop. The road back to health and wellbeing takes some time and patience to rebuild from as it’s taken some time to get there in the first place. All of this I know from personal experience, however that needn’t be your story.

At Replenish her, my treatments and classes weave together the ancient wisdom of yoga, Ayurveda, Meditation and Tantra to support women in regaining their balance. and vitality.
